About Us
Claraghlea Professional Services, established in 2018 (formerly Emma Gormley Consultancy), provides support in preparing construction bids and proposals.
We work across both public and private sector projects in the UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland, drawing on knowledge of programme, cost, and quality management, as well as environmental, health, and safety practices.
Our primary role is to assist Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Project Management, and Design Teams in developing well-structured bids and proposals through a collaborative and careful approach.

Emma Gormley
BSc Hons Arch, MSc BIMM, BPSS & SC Security Cleared
Emma has extensive experience in bid and proposal management, supported by a background in design and construction. She has worked with Tier 1 Contractors, Modular Construction Companies, and Project Management teams on bids across a range of sectors in the UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
She has also contributed to Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes on several projects.
In 2018, Emma established Claraghlea Professional Services to provide focused support in preparing bids and proposals.
