Emma Gormley
BSc Hons Arch, MSc BIMM, BPSS & SC Security Cleared
Emma is a seasoned professional, skilled in bid and proposal management, writing, and with design and construction expertise. In diverse roles with Tier 1 Contractors, Modular Construction Companies, and Project Management teams, she has overseen bids and proposals across various sectors in the UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
Additionally, Emma has provided valuable insights into Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes on notable projects across the regions.
In 2018, she founded Claraghlea Professional Services, focusing on excellence in bids and proposals.
Aisling O’Neill
BSW Hons Social Work
Aisling joined the business in 2023, with knowledge of tendering and construction processes gained through involvement in family businesses. Collaborating with Emma, she excels in prequalification and tender processes in both Northern and Southern Ireland, delivering tailored written responses that score highly. With a background in Social Work, Aisling contributes a unique perspective that aligns proposals with the principles of social value, which is particularly relevant in the construction industry today.
